Brush barrel pull cover machine
Bs-1 series bucket brush and cover pulling machine is mainly to meet the needs of mineral water factories and pure water manufacturers, our company developed BS-1 series bucket brush machine. The equipment has reliable performance, simple operation and simple maintenance.
Structural features
The machine is composed of 25*25 stainless steel square tube welding wire, transmission mechanism, pneumatic reversing cover, electrical control, etc. The welding parts are smooth, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and so on.
The washing effect is good, the machine is applicable to the inner and outer wall of the barrel has been cleaned effectively in all directions.
Operation is simple, need only open the door, close the door operation, complete whole scrub process namely.
The cap extractor is suitable for the cover of 5 gallon drinking water recycling cans. This machine adopts pneumatic power, safe and reliable. The pneumatic pressure is 0.5mpa /cm2, the air source capacity is 100L/ min, the number of pulling caps is 1, and the working capacity is 100 PCS/hour. Connect the air source, connect the foot switch with the main lead of the machine to work, insert the mouth of the barrel with the cover of the recovery bucket upside down, and then step on the foot switch, the barrel cover can be pulled out, the barrel cover from the chute slide out.
