DXGF60-60-15 type constant pressure filling machine is a special filling equipment for gas drinks, set washing, filling, capping in one. On the basis of introducing, digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technology, according to the filling process requirements of gaseous beverages, an advanced level of filling equipment is innovatively developed. It is mainly used for washing and filling of carbonated drinks such as soda, cola, soda wine and mineral water, and sealing of plastic pre-threaded cap. Reasonable structure, safe operation, reliable work, easy maintenance, is the ideal filling equipment for large and medium-sized beverage factories.
Working process:
The bottle is transmitted to the bottle punching machine through the inlet wheel through the air feed channel. The rotary plate of the bottle punching machine is equipped with a stainless steel bottle clip. The bottle clamp holds the mouth of the bottle and turns it 180° along a guide rail, so that the mouth of the bottle is downward. In the specific area of the bottle washer, the special nozzle spits out the bottle water to rinse the inner wall of the bottle. After washing and draining, the bottle is turned 180° along the guide rail under the grip of the bottle clamp, so that the mouth of the bottle is up. The washed bottle is exported from the bottle washer and transmitted to the filling machine through the bottle pick star wheel. The bottle entering the filling machine is covered by the bell hood, and the bottle rises to contact the filling valve under the action of the lifting cylinder. At the same time, the bell hood rises with the bottle. After the detection switch senses the guide rod of the bell hood, it sends out a signal to control the opening valve mechanism to open the filling valve. The filling will start after the gas injection and the filling will stop automatically when the liquid level reaches the height of the return pipe. After filling, the filling valve is closed under the action of the valve closing mechanism, and then exhausting, ending the entire filling process. Under the action of the pressure CAM, the lifting cylinder drops to make the bottle filled with material leave the filling valve, and the bottle enters the capping machine through the bottleneck of the card. The stop knife on the capping machine traps the bottleneck, keeping the bottle upright and preventing rotation. The capping head keeps revolution and rotation on the capping machine. Under the action of the CAM, the capping head can grasp the cap, cover the cap, screw the cap and take off the cap to complete the whole capping process. The capping device is located on the capping machine and is connected with the capping plate of the capping machine through the capping guide rail. The finished bottle is transferred from the capping machine to the bottle conveyor chain through the bottle puller, and then the conveyor chain is transferred to the three-in-one filling machine to enter the next process. The whole process of the machine adopts the way of lifting bottle mouth.
