Equipment is shut down during operation
It could be a missing cap, or a jammed position, or a thermal relay running. The solution is to fill the cover if the cover is missing, check whether each part is stuck and remove the blockage, and restart the electric cabinet.
The liquid level in the bottle is unstable
The device speed may be too high, or the return pipe may be bent or deformed, or there may be foreign matter in the pipe, or there may be foreign matter in the valve nozzle, or the return hole may be blocked. Solution: reduce the speed, replace or dredge the return pipe, clean the valve nozzle, check and clean.
The liquid spilled out.
The filling valve gasket may be damaged or the rim of the bottle may be broken. The solution is to check and replace gaskets and unqualified bottles.
The liquid cylinder does not enter the liquid, the inlet electromagnetic valve is blocked, check and repair
The cylinder is too full, the control float ball is faulty, check and repair.

If the tightness of the screw cap is not appropriate, check whether the bottle and the cap match first, and then check the magnetic force of the screw cap.
Crooked cover, may be the screw cap torque is not appropriate or screw cap die and stop knife different heart. Readjust the torque and stop.
Bottle out conveying inverted bottles, may be bottle out conveying too fast or bottle bottom uneven. Adjust conveying speed and check and replace unqualified bottles.
