Water filling working principle

The bottles are transferred from the delivery chain to the 3-in-1 filling machine. The bottle entering the filling machine is kept by the bottle neck support plate, and the filling valve is lowered and raised by the mechanical lifting mechanism under the action of the CAM. Normal pressure filling is adopted. The filling process is completed after the mechanical CAM drops away from the bottle mouth. After the filling is finished, the mechanical lifting lifts down to close the filling valve and leaves the bottle mouth. After filling the bottle card bottleneck transition wheel into the capping machine.
