Washing part

The bottle enters the bottle through the screw into the bottle punching machine, and the bottle clamp turns the bottle mouth along the punching guide rail up 180° to make the bottle mouth downward. The inner wall of the bottle is flushed in the specific area of the bottle flushing machine (determined by the water dispenser - the bottle flushing water is pumped into the water dispenser by the bottle flushing pump and then distributed from the water dispenser to the bottle flushing clamp through 24 pipes). After the bottle is rinsed and drained, the bottle clamp is held along the guide rail and then turned 180°, so that the bottle mouth is upward. The cleaned bottle is exported from the punching machine by the transition steel wheel and transferred to the next process - filling.

The bottle entering the filling machine is lowered and lifted by the cylinder lifting mechanism under the action of the CAM. Filling using isobaric filling method, the filling valve first opens the carbon dioxide valve, pours carbon dioxide into the bottle and the bottle pressure is equal to start the material. Close the valve at the end of filling, and then exhaust. The filling process is completed after the cylinder CAM is lowered to leave the bottle mouth. After the filling is finished, the valve is closed and the gas is discharged. The cylinder is raised to enter the dial wheel into the capping machine. After filling the bottle card bottleneck transition round into the capping machine.

Capping part

After filling, the bottle is fed into the aluminum capping machine through the dial wheel. The cap screw holds the bottom of the bottle stuck to the neck of the bottle to keep the bottle upright and prevent rotation. The capping head keeps revolution and rotation on the capping machine, and realizes the actions of capping, covering and removing under the action of the CAM to complete the whole capping process. The finished bottle is transferred from the capping machine to the outgoing bottle conveyor chain by the outgoing bottle wheel.
