Important items check before running filling machine

Preparation before the trial run and the trial run start, and the trial run under the filling machine conditions:
A. Check whether the electrical performance and actions meet the design requirements.
B.Check whether the water, air, and other pipes connected to the device are correct and leaky.
C. Check the required test bottle type and whether there are enough bottles.
D. Check whether the changes of each part are consistent with the bottle shape.
E .Check whether the type of cover in hopper is consistent and the quantity is sufficient.
F. Conditions inside and outside the equipment before test (pay attention to the protection of electrical components).
G .Water for test run (can be washed with city tap water).
O. After the test run, clean the equipment according to the cleaning requirements.
