Bottled Water monobloc filling machine - washing part working principle

The bottle enters the bottle punching machine through the transmission star wheel. The bottle clamp holds the bottle mouth and turns it up 180° along the punching guide rail to make the bottle mouth downward. In the specific area of the bottle flushing machine (determined by the water distribution plate -- the bottle flushing water is pumped into the water distribution plate by the bottle flushing pump, and then distributed to the bottle flushing clamp through several pipes), the bottle flushing clamp nozzle sprays mineral water to wash the inner wall of the bottle. After the bottle is washed and drained, it is held by the bottle clip and then turned down the guide rail for 180° to make the bottle mouth upward. The cleaned bottles are exported from the punching machine through the transition steel wheel and transferred to the next process - filling.
